FULL-TIME LOCATION EQUIPMENT PRODUCER (NIGHT SHIFT): 

The candidate will be responsible for facilitating equipment orders while overseeing on-location and in-studio photo, motion, and production shoots. We are looking for someone who is personable, possesses a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Candidate must have the following:

– 3 to 4 years experience in photoshoot production or event/project management

– Extensive knowledge of lighting systems (Profoto, Broncolor, Arri, Briese, etc.), grip and electrics

– A valid driver’s license (Experience driving in NYC and surrounding areas a plus!)

– Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

– Strong communication and organizational skills

– Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects

– Efficiency in Filemaker a plus

Responsibilities Include:

– Receive phone/email orders and provide quotes in a timely manner

– Inventory of lighting and grip, in addition to ordering expendable items

– Fill orders and source any outside in-house lighting, grip, electric gear (knowledge of NYC/BKN vendors a must!)

– Test, pack, and double check gear for incoming and outgoing orders

– Assist add-ons for in-house studio shoots

– Maintain a positive and friendly work environment

This position has growth potential.

The work is regularly performed in a combination with both locations, throughout the external grounds, and off-site if required. You will be exposed to open radicals within your environment such as dust, odors, and noise.

FREELANCE MAINTENANCE: 

Our current team is growing and we are seeking freelancers to join our maintenance team! The candidate will be responsible for keeping our facilities clean at both locations. We are looking for someone who is personable and possesses a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Candidate must have the following:

– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

– Knowledge of and prior experience working with maintaining office suites or studios (a plus!)

– Knowledge cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods

– Organizational skills, multi-tasking and detail-oriented

– Ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills

– Good time management skills

Responsibilities Include:

– Following all health and safety regulations

– Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

– Setting up furniture and equipment back into the studios

– Communication with the rest of the maintenance on any on-set or post-production needs

– Self-motivation and ability to identify and complete needed tasks with direct supervision
