STUDIO SERVICE

Studio Service is a client-facing, customer service department at ROOT Studios. The studio service staff are often the first line of contact for our studio clients and thus must possess hospitality skills, an attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a positive demeanor. The studio service position is integral to client satisfaction, and the primary goal is to ensure that our clients have a superb experience within our studio. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

-Handling the daily closing of the studio. 

-Reception duties

-Answering phone calls and emails throughout the day

-Welcoming clients and visitors as they enter the studio

-Managing package pickups and drop-offs throughout the day from messengers and couriers 

-Assisting clientele with administrative tasks

-Printing out documents

-Providing clients with office supplies upon request

-Maintaining the presentation of the studio

-Performing hourly walkthroughs of exterior and interior (lobby, studios, bathrooms) to ensure they are neat and clean

-Providing a superior level of customer service to our clients

-Ensuring our client’s needs are met through effective problem solving and troubleshooting 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Positive demeanor and enthusiastic attitude

-Detail-oriented and proactive

-Time management skills

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to lift 30lbs

-Proficiency using Mac computers 

Schedule flexibility is required for early call times, late nights, and some weekends

Preferred Skills and Experience

-1-3 years of studio experience and/or on set experience

-Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite 

The typical shift is 1PM-8PM.  However, schedule flexibility is required for early call times, late nights, and some weekends. 

$17-$19hr commensurate with experience
